Alistair Ross is the President and CEO of Rockcliff Metals. With over 40 years of experience, Mr. Ross is a seasoned and accomplished leader in the mining industry, known for his passion for mentorship in order to develop true leadership potential within individuals and organizations. Before joining Rockcliff, Alistair was the Head of Mining and Milling for Vale’s North Atlantic Base Metals Operations and ran his own consultancy business.
Alistair’s career in mining has spanned six countries across the globe, operated over 20 mines and was involved with the construction of 3 mines. He served as President of Lonmin’s South Africa Operations, the world’s third largest platinum producer, and spent many years at the former Inco’s Canadian Operations as General Manager of areas including Mining, Milling, Smelting and Copper Refining.
Mr. Ross holds a BSc. Metallurgical Engineering, ARSM and a MSc. Mineral Process Design, DIC from the Royal School of Mines, Imperial College, London University, England.
Ken Lapierre is the founder and Vice President Exploration and Director of Rockcliff Metals. Mr. Lapierre is also on the Board of Goldpath Resources Corp. and Member of Association of Professional Geoscientists of Ontario. A Professional Geologist, with over 35 years experience in exploration, discovery, production and mining in base and precious metals across North and South America, raising over $165 million in equity markets and has discovered and acquired CAD$10 billion worth of metal including: Cu, Zn, Au and Ag.
In the past Mr. Lapierre occupied the position of Vice President-Exploration of Tyranex Gold, Inc., President, Chief Executive Officer & Director at Rockcliff Resources, Inc., President at JML Resources Ltd. and Director at Grid Metals Corp.
Mr. Lapierre holds an Honours BSc. Geology/Earth Science degree from Western University, Canada.
Chris Stackhouse is the CFO of Rockcliff Metals. Mr. Stackhouse is an accomplished finance professional with over 15 years of experience working with precious and base metal companies. Until recently, Mr. Stackhouse was the interim Chief Financial Officer for Guyana Goldfields Inc. where he joined in August 2012 and was instrumental in the finalization of the feasibility study, financing and development of the US$250 million Aurora Gold Mine, which was completed on-time and on-budget.
Prior to this, Mr. Stackhouse was a Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP for 5 years within the mining assurance practice managing audits for a variety of publicly listed clients ranging from small exploration to large multi asset operations.
Mr. Stackhouse holds a CPA, CA and Honours Business Administration BBA degree from Wilfrid Laurier University, Canada.
Mr. Mike Romaniuk, a director of the Company and Vice President, Projects, is an accomplished mining and processing specialist and project developer with over 30 years of experience. He is a result driven professional and brings extensive experience on project and operations management, having worked in challenging and culturally diverse environments. Until recently, he was the Discipline Lead and Project Manager for Canada East mining at Stantec Inc.
Prior to this, Mr. Romaniuk held senior positions at several companies in Canada, such as Fortune Minerals Limited, as Vice President Projects and Operations; at Rail-Veyor Technologies as President and CEO, where he established strategic direction for the company and built a new business including financing, recruitment of a senior leadership team and creation of the business model; and at Xstrata Nickel and Falconbridge, where he held positions including Vice President Sudbury Operations and Director of Projects.
Mr. Romaniuk, P.Eng., holds degrees in Geological Engineering – Mineral Processing from the University of Toronto and Mine Geology from Laurentian University, Canada.

Mr. Christie is the Chairman of the Board of Rockcliff Metals Corporation. He has been CEO and a Director of Novista Capital since 2014, and he is also a Director of Nevada Zinc Corporation and Northern Graphite Corporation. Previously he was CFO Continental Gold Limited and Calvista Gold Corporation. He was also a senior investment banker at TD Securities and Newcourt Capital Group Inc.
Mr. Christie holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Queen’s University and a Chartered Professional Accountant designation.

Mr. Sawyer is a Director of the Board of Rockcliff Metals. He co-founded Greenstone Resources in 2013 after a 16-year career in the mining sector. Prior to establishing Greenstone, Mr. Sawyer was GM and Co-Head Group Business Development at Xstrata plc where he was responsible for originating, evaluating and negotiating new business development opportunities for Xstrata.
Prior to Xstrata Mr Sawyer held senior roles at Cutfield Freeman & Co (a boutique corporate advisory firm in the mining industry) and at Rio Tinto plc. Mr Sawyer is a solicitor and a resident of the United Kingdom
Mr. Sawyer hold as Bachelor of Laws from University of Southampton, UK.
Currently independent director of Coro Mining Corp.(TSX listed) and Ascendant Resources Inc. (TSX listed)., served as Lead Independent Director of Integra Gold Corp. (TSX-V listed) until its acquisition by Eldorado Gold Corporation in July 2017.
Ms. Decher is an experienced finance executive with over 15 years in the mining industry, with extensive experience in public reporting, corporate governance, compliance, M&A and investor relations. From 2009 to 2016, Ms Decher was the Vice President, Finance and Assistant Secretary of Franco-Nevada Corporation, a royalty and streaming company. Prior to Franco-Nevada, Ms. Decher was the President and Chief Financial Officer for Geoinformatics Exploration Inc., a global exploration company focused on projects in British Columbia, Nevada, Mexico and Australia.
Ms. Decher is a Canadian Chartered Public Accountant and holds a Diploma in Public Accountancy from McGill University and Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Concordia University. She is a Canadian resident.
Mr. Graham has over 30 years of experience in the mining and industrial sectors, leading operations and project development teams through the industrial lifecycle from project identification, development and transition into operations. Mr. Graham has held senior positions at several companies, including ENGCOMP Engineering Professionals, DMC Mining Services, BHP Billiton Inc. and Barrick Gold Corporation.
Mr. Graham holds degrees in Mining Engineering from Queen’s University and a Master of Business Administration degree from Harvard Graduate School of Business Administration.
