The stock options were granted effective June 22, 2015, exercisable at a price of $0.05 per common share and expire on June 22, 2020. The stock options vest as to one-third (1/3) on June 22, 2015, one-third (1/3) on June 22, 2016 and one-third (1/3) on June, 2017.
